Whole chicken roasted in lemon pepper seasoning (can be changed), celery, green beans, carrots and chicken bouillon.
Just tried this recipe last night. I cut the original recipe in half since I am single. This is definitely a keeper and will be a regular in my rotation. I think what really makes this dis is the roasted garlic and red bell pepper seasoning I used. I can't believe I am saying this but I think next time I will even use less cheese.
Something I'm going to try that's aimed for a Keto diet. Though at the least it should be healthier than my average diet.
Part of my portion control for the week, I make one big dish and divide it up into 9 small portions to keep in tupperware in the fridge, I try and eat every 3 1/2 hours , so this 3-4 oz portion of meat is perfect anytime of the day for a meal or snack and super healthy
