I stole this. It was a featured spark recipe on July 17. The original recipe had 233 calories per serving and I thought I could do better than that.
This is my own 'brown' bread recipe, adapted here to make sandwich-suitable individual buns.
This recipe taste delicious wether you want to eat it raw or dehydrate it. If you dehydrate it, the cauliflower shrinks down and looks more like popcorn which is good for trying to trick kids into eating their vegetables.
You are going to want to double, triple, etc the batches because this will disappear real fast.
Bread stuffed with a warm chocolatey/cheesy filling. Adapted from Hungry Girl 1-2-3 Recipe Book. The only change I made was swapping out a little cream cheese in place of some of the ricotta.

While it's not as light as a normal cake, the denseness contributes to the dark chocolate feel. It sparkles throughout with the taste of orange, and because it's not a super-sweet cake, the icings provide just the right accent without being cloying.
Fine dining without the health or financial guilt. I put this together to satisfy the steakhouse craving, delivering all the flavor without the excessive fat. I know everything is in grams, they are easiest to work with in the kitchen if you have a scale, and make baking far more consistent.
This is a low sodium, low calorie, low sugar, high protein meal.
It uses fresh cod or haddock, fresh baby carrots, fresh green beans, any kind of onion, white wine, and a low sodium broth as the only "salty" ingredient. I left out the salt and added a dash of cayenne, then found the sauce I was making for Brussels Sprouts, which contains a bit more heat, was very tasty with the fish.
You can substitute any kind of broth, leave out the hot pepper or add more. The auto ingredients forced some weird measurements and skewed nutrition info.
I made an Accidental Low Sodium Mushroom sauce originally meant for Brussesl sprouts which went very well with the fish.
This makes a fine lunch as well, and in WI, you could have it for breakfast with a Leinies.

You probably know Spark People adds links to your recipes and since I'm on a low sodium, low sugar diet with no artificial sweeteners, I try to use fresh ingredients as much as possible, so I doubt I'd endorse any of their links.
Wash and dry apples and remove stems, push a popcycle stick into one end and set aside. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Cook syrup, water, and sugar till it reaches brittle ball stage, add few drops of dye when ready and dip apples in it. Place on waxed paper till it hardens.

Why buy processed crackers, when you can make them easily at home -- also healthier!!!! This is a very crispy, nutty, sweet crackers...low calorie, makes a great snack!!!
