This is a mayo-free, lowfat alternative to most other spinach and artichoke dips, and includes pepperjack cheese for an extra kick!
Warm bacon vinaigrette wilts the fresh spinach. This salad is best eaten immediately after tossing.
Nutritional Value can be changed by using fresh beans and turkey bacon.
I came up with this recipe after reviewing many recipes with similar ingredients. I believe the important thing is customizing recipes to suit your family's taste. My husband loved this recipe! I cook the chicken in the slow cooker all night then shred it the next day (the slow cooking makes it easier to shred). The picture does not do this dish justice.
Easy and needs no dressing, I like to put a little salsa on top.
1 serving = 2 cups prepared
I like this version of Macaroni Salad because it's low on the calories, sodium, and pretty much everything else!
Fast, easy, low-calorie, low fat soup to mimic a baked potato. Very little ingredients, and tastes great the next day!
This is one of the few salads my husband begs for. Hope you like as much as we do!
Made with white beans instead of garbanzo, gives it a creamier texture. Most recipes call for a bit of olive oil and more tahini (seasame paste), but this makes an even healthier, healthy treat. Serve with fresh veggies for lunch, a snack or a side dish. I divide into portions for lunch and snacks during the week
A lower fat version of a favorite dip. Serving size is 1/4 cup! From the website eatbetteramerica.com.
