This is my first try at homemade soup and it turned out great! I like my soup with lots of chewing in every bite, so if you like yours more liquidy, you might want to add some more broth.
The meal is quite simple to make. The main ingredients are shredded green papaya, chopped green beans, tomoato, dried prawns, unsalted roasted peanuts, chillies, garlic and lime juice. These are all pounded together in a mortar using a pestle.
The papaya salad is best served with sticky rice (khao neow) and grilled chicken.
Lemon Juice and capers add zing to this vitamin and protein-rich salad

I've been reading about the health benefits in the probiotics of blue cheese, along with benefits of cider vinegar to boost the immune system. I've been fighing off a cold and my body has been craving fat, so I whipped up this super healthy mix with the antioxidants of pomegrante and the super rich vitamin content of the baby greens and romaine, with the fats from avacado and walnut to make it a full, satisfying dinner.
This recipe is my customized version of the most popular salad sold at Avoca Cafe in Avoca, County Wicklow, Ireland. It depends on using fresh ingredients but yields such a bounty of salty-sweet flavours and marvellous texture that it's worth it to get the loveliest vegetables you can find. It's quite a filling, chunky salad, so all it needs for accompaniment is a nice slice of multi-grain bread and perhaps a mug of tomato soup to make a plate of it a meal. Please enjoy.
This is a delicious tomato based black bean soup. Its very low cal and stores in the fride very well.
