One of my favorite meals my grandma made. My kids love this. Not a "diet" food, but it's pretty yummy.
1kg diced beef, 2 medium onions, 1 cup green peas(frozen) 2 diced potatoes, 1 chopped carrot,1 tsp keens traditional curry powder, 2 tsp keens mild indian curry powder,1 tsp groung corriander, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp turmeric,1x400 g can coconut milk, 2 tsp salt and peper to taste
I can never seem to make pork chops come out tender. EXCEPT for this recipe. The chops turn our very tender and the sauce w/vegis on top just adds to the flavor

Easy to heat up for a quick breakfast. Use any meats or veggies you want. Can use all egg whites or egg beaters as well.
