Caribbean Dish that can be used as Breakfast dish or Dinner dish. Can be served with chopped spinach, boil egg, 2 slice of toast.
I did each Manicotti shell as a serving that way it would be easier to figure out how much was eaten.
Because I don't tell my family I put anchovies in the base of this sauce, they have no idea. You can't taste the anchovies at all...but I've made the sauce without it, and it just isn't as robust.
Using Chuckie's fresh frozen Rainbow Trout, I removed all the tiny bones from 8 ounces and made delicious patties which we ate on Multi-grain English Muffins with tartar sauce. Was a great Sunday morning brunch.

We used this for tuna salad, potato salad or chicken salad! Just replace the tuna with boiled potatos or cooked chicken and voila! New salad!
This recipe is a master of disguise. If you want to change it up just add different seasonings or anything that sounds good. I have had peas in it as well as broccoli both were awesome. Just play with it.
Served with brown rice this is a complete low fat meal and delicious as well. It tastes very like pad thai without all the fat and carbs usually associated with Pad Thai.
The shrimp is optional but if you are not vegan it does add a lot of flavor.
