Low-carb but still get the creamy sweet taste of tuna fish. Great for bariatric patients in week 3-4 (puree stage)
Tuna, Cauliflower and broccoli and cheese. A wonderful low-carb high protein food.
Thaw and well drain 55-60 count shrimp.
beat 1 egg with 3 TB heavy cream
bread shrimp in KETO fine flour
dip shrimp in to egg and cream mixture
after crushing pork rinds, roll shrimp in pork rinds
fry in oil

I don't use Mayo. I hate it. My Yankee blood calls for Miracle Whip. Tuna sandwiches are my favorite and at less than 300 calories, this is a winner for me.
This is something I made for my kids for many years, except that they had white bread. I love the texture of the egg and Tuna together. You can omit the salt and pita bread and eat with whole wheat baked crackers or in a bed of spinach greens.
Spicy and loaded with garlic. Quick and easy! You can substitute chicken for shrimp as well!
