This is a great low carb. meal. Serve it with fruit or a salad for a complete meal.
Even if you do not like fish, you will like this recipe. It does not taste fishy. Feel free to substitute your favorite fish.

This is NOT as good as frying them, but sure is a lot less fat and calories.
I found this recipe while doing a search for a healthier way to make this family favorite
Place 5 Lb of shrimp in shell into a baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Pour over shrimp.
Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes for small shrimp or 45 minutes for large.
Dip out of sauce, peel and eat
