chili is flavorful but not hot- rinse beans to avoid high sodium- side note: this chili has no chili powder, and therefore isnt hot. however the ground cumin is an amazing little used spice. thanks sis for trying all of my recipes (mercyandi)

details.asp?nutrition_id=10185824 I changed it up just a tiny bit by using boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of thighs and cutting the olive oil in half! It cut out an additional 21.4cal and 3.6g of fat.
This soup is easy to make and tastes AMAZING! It is very easy on your wallet and is great for lunches. It makes 9, 1 cup servings and has almost no fat. (Note: I don't track sodium, so the amount listed is not taking into account the ingredients I manually entered).

Just made this one up for dinner tonight. Turned out great and was a very large serving -- if you're not REALLY hungry I suggest making this into 4 servings. I served it with a toasted multi grain english muffin drizzled with olive oil & sprinkled with garlic powder. And unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon. YUM!
