Ingredients:
* Red Potato, 650 grams (remove)
* Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
* *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Onions, raw, 3 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
This is so good even without the potatoes. If you leave out the potatoes, make sure the leeks are tender because you won't have the extra bake time to finish softening them.

I am on the Fat Smash Diet Phase 1 and was craving some "bread" (which is not allowed) with my bean/veggie soups, so I created this! As long as it's a once in awhile thing I give it a thumbs up. This is a pan made "bread" that's simple to make & quick. It's not actually "bread" but for staying in the guildlines of the diet ingredients it's not bad! It can be baked for "pizza crust" too!
