This is a recipe that I was given several years ago. The original recipe has raisins too, but I leave them out because I use this bread for toast as well as sandwich bread. One slice with 2oz of turkey and a slice of provalone is a filling lunch with an apple and some pretzels. If you have a way to slice it thinner, you could make a full sandwich.
