VERY good. When served immediately, is frothy, thick, and has a creamy texture. It's very hard to taste the spinach, so don't be afraid of it!
Fresh strawberries and blueberries blended to make a healthy spreadable jam.
This always gives me a little boost whenever I drink it, expecially making me feel a little better during that dreaded time of the month. Great as a thick and creamy, filling breakfast! Luckily, the name fits as the key ingredients are Pineapples, Mangos & Strawberries!
Please note when planning to make this recipe freeze everything except the yogurt in advance in separate containers, except for the two jucies put them in the same container.
For best results thaw for 5 minutes.
These are great cookies for kids...Low sugar lots of fiber and nutrients. You use a dry cereal mix called COCO wheats. If you cant find it, you could use regular cream of wheat and a tsp of cocoa powder.
This is actually really good bread or muffins. Just be careful of over mixing - it gets a little tougher if you mix too much
stolen from another website!! A very flexible recipe though. Nutrition info is calculated based on two cups of chocolate chips (alot), and full butter. I make mine with 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 c. applesauce, and 1 cup chocolate chips and then assorted dried fruits, flax seed and sunflower seeds. Super yummy!! for weight watchers....6 pts./bar.
This is just one of my smoothie variation recipes. It makes two 16 oz servings. This is a no sugar added, dairy-free, gluten-free smoothie make for post runs or cycling. I always use canned coconut milk with no sulfates, MSG, or other additives. Field Day or Thai Kitchen are good ones. I do mix up adding pineapple for mango or strawberries for cherries. On occasions, I'll add Chia seeds or a scoop of almond butter for protein.
from the Hodgson Mill Multi Grain Hot Cereal package. I followed the recipe as written, using soy milk and turbinado sugar. This could probably easily be derived using Spenda or another sugar alternative. Calorie estimate is based on my ingredients below.....
These are just mini pancakes or pancake dots. My son says that they look like pancake mushrooms, so that's what we call them :).
A recipe that I created using what I learned from reading the hummus recipe created here on sparkpeople by JULZ654. Thank you JULZ654!
one of my favorite low carb/sugar free deserts/snacks. Great for when I feel like I need cake! The best part is that it's done in 1.5-2 minutes! (total carbs 10.5/net carbs 4.7/1.9g sugar)
