A nice, somewhat healthy (aside from the oil hehe) spinach salad my mum taught me to make this summer. It's gorgeous if you like strong flavours!
A very simple, but healthy and delicious recipe. I created this recipe when i started my diet, with taste as well as health in mind. This recipe is in the high end of the calorie scale, so smaller portions is needed for those that only need 300 calories per meal.
The "magic ingredient" in this salad dressing is the apple cider vinegar. Feel free to add more garlic powder and sea salt based on your taste.
Called this because I threw in a bunch of random veggies from my crisper. It's similar to the Paula Dean broccoli salad recipe but with reduced calorie mayo and Truvia instead of sugar. Also used real bacon bits instead of frying bacon (that's what I had).
