Our family tuna...but the lighter version. You can place it on a whole wheat tortilla and make it a wrap, or with your favorite slice of bread (or two).
Also great to combine with avocado slices, pico de gallo, alfalfa sprouts, vinegar and wrap in a red leaf lettuce outer leaf.

This is a bit like a crepe`, but simple and healthy. Mr. Rogers introduced me to the idea of pairing cheese with a banana, and although many raise their eyebrows at first, this combo is delicious, healthy and versitile! It's also filling; it contains fruit, grain, and dairy.

Substituting applesauce for butter or oil makes this bread extremely low calorie and very tasty. I make rolls out of this as well and they're always a hit! You can substitute sugar for honey. My original recipe called for milk powder, but I have substituted the coconut milk powder so it can be used by the lactose intolerant.
