Easy, microwaveable, and tasty low carb bread or bun. 0.15 cup of cheese is about 2-3 T, and any cheese may be used -- I've used Cheddar, Mozzarella, Jack, and Swiss. For a bun, I add half again of each ingredient and put half the batter into each of 2 containers. (That's 3 T flax, 3 T butter, 3-4 T cheese, 3/4 t baking powder, and 1 large or 2 small eggs.)

This recipe requires whey (preferably homemade). If you can't make whey or can't get it, you can substitute a little extra salt.
