I made this soup last night to use up some beautiful kale I received in my CSA share. The Chorizo was an afterthought after I put the original soup on the site and decided it didn't have enough protein.
This is my own take on a recipe that I had found. This originally had peas, I switched it up and did green beans and it was originally 600 calories! I wanted to make a healthy version of this soup and it's not bad. I also renamed it because of changing some of the items and making it my own. It's a nice warm soup that you can start in the morning and have it ready for supper.
