This yogurt treat is SO good- it tastes so much like a cinnamon roll. My five-year-old likes a little extra cinnamon and honey in hers, but I like mine just like this- not too terribly sweet- the cinnamon adds a bit of sweetness that is just right. This is especially good with Greek yogurt. Occasionally, I add a few toasted, crumbled pecan halves.

My fiance and I love this biscotti...the cranberries add great sweetness and the pistachios some good crunch.
