Tastes just like lasagna- with only 100 calories a serving! Quick and easy. Cheese is optional and not included in the nutrition info but I found a very small amount of finely shredded cheese made it nice and cheesy! I used 1 tbsp at the table and stirred it in.
SOOOO bad for you but sooooo good! Have at least once during the cold season!!!
This makes approximately ten 1-cup servings. It's a fairly thick soup, add more milk or broth to your liking.

I made this soup while on the Wild Rose Detox cleanse. I couldn't get enough of it and I'm so glad I made a big batch! I used a spicy Jamaican Curry powder ("Cool Runnings") and a yeast free powdered soup base.
Used up post holiday leftovers with this soup: made my own broth from turkey bones, celery from the veggie tray, onions, peppercorns, lemongrass, ginger and star anise.

This has been called orgasmic by those who have tried it, but I believe the actual word would be foodgasm.
It's 3 cups of water 3 cups of low sodium chicken broth then add a bunch of broccoli and nappa cabbage or bok choy. Season and simmer it down until it's soup!
