Taquitas are a traditional South American Breakfast Burrito, but this can be made for any time, Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner
roast chicken with lots of flavour a tasty twist on the usual roast and great served cold.
This recipe is for a very easy, traditional Spanish dish called Bacalao, or Salted Pollock. This fish salad is made with very simple ingredients and is basic and delicious by itself, as a side dish or with traditional crusty bread.
Be mindful that this recipe needs to be prepared at least 6-15 hours in advance, depending on how salted and chilled you want the Bacalao to be.
Note: The longer you allow the Pollock to soak in clean water, the less salty it will be.

Packed with protein and fiber, yet low in calories, this is one of my families favorite favorite dinners. This has a really high sodium count. I have never tried to make it low sodium. It is delicious just as it is. I personally like it with more recaito, (I use about a cup of it for this recipe) which can be found with the goya foods. The sazon has MSG in it, so be careful if you have issues with that.
One serving of this is two enchiladas additional stuff added must be a your discretion.
