This is a previous recipe I found and made some changes to make it lower in fat.
The only thing used to sweeten this muffin is honey and whatever natural sugars are in the ripe bananas you use. You can adjust the level of chocolatey taste to your own liking, just remember to adjust the amount of honey accordingly (about 1/2 part honey for every 1 part of cocoa).

note i bought generic grahams as they were lower fat but hershey brand cocoa as it was lower calories so shop brands carfully. I dont work for any company and am not adverttising any product but if it says a product brand they were best health wise.

A little dry, but saves 80 cal per slice over traditional banana bread. Spread a little Light Smart balance buttery spread on it and pop in the microwave for 20 seconds and it's really pretty tasty. Quenches the sweet tooth for me.
