great for dieters on the go, I've given this to "non-healthy people and they loved it! Add fruit if desired, but great for people who cannot have any sugar. Wonderful for hypoglycemics, diabetics, low card dieters, and fiber deprived people. Also great pre or post workout snack because its carb and protein content. The best part is that it's portion controlled! :)
This is a lightened up (lower fat, sugar free) version of an old classic with a few changes for the holidays. It has 1/2 lowfat mayo and 1/2 regular mayo to cut some of the fat. Instead of sugar, I subsituted splenda. For the holidays I substitute dried cranberries in place of raisins and substitute Lite Raspberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette Salad Dressing for some of the apple cider vinegar. This makes a very festive side dish which is great for a holiday brunch, luncheon or dinner.
