This is a great way to eat thanksgiving leftovers in a healthy and unique way. It's yummy to the tummy!
This is the recipe on the back of the Ocean Spray Cranberry bag. I substituted Splenda Sugar Blend for plain sugar, V8 Fusion (light) Peach Mango instead of the orange juice, and orange extract vice the orange peel. You can also use frozen cranberries just in case you want to enjoy some cranberry goodness without worrying about having fresh cranberries on hand (we freeze several extra bags during the holiday season so we won't run out:)
A sweet, savory casserole great for a traditional Thanksgiving meal adapted from Very Best Baking recipe.
These are great topped with a tbsp maple syrup. These pancakes will be more dense than a typical pancake but still very yummy and very healthy!

My mother-in-law's recipe calls for peanut butter, but my daughter loves chocolate..so we used almond-chocolate butter, nutella instead. It calls for Dream Whip made instead of cool whip, but I couldn't find the calorie count for that. Sorry but lo-cal substitutes I have tried all create soup instead of pie.
Delish grilled/broiled veggies, crisp/tender and browned & seasoned to perfection!
