There's no fish in this recipe. It's a great alternative to tuna salad. Feel free to sub out the bell pepper for celery for a more traditional recipe, I just don't like celery in my salads.

I threw this all together in my slow cooker based on a few different recipes I had seen and what I had on hand in the kitchen. Very healthy, low calorie and definitely vegan!
A tasty whole grain crust. Be sure to knead the dough well and let it rise for at least 2 hours.
This dish is quick and easy to make. Perfect for vegetarians/vegans, filling yet low in calories. You can add meat to this like grilled chicken, or cut serving size in half for a side dish instead of main course
This is a very fresh and colourful salad. I use the stalk of the broccoli leftover when I use the heads.
