A new spin on Corn on the Cob! This is so easy and so yummy, gotta give it a try!
Found this recipe and it's really good, but I don't know what to call it! It's kinda like latkes... I guess... :-)

You can substitute lemon juice for Marsala wine.
A great breakfast-on-the-go idea or a nice light snack. Use your own favourite veggies to make it your own. A good variation is broccoli, asparagus or tomato :)
Another great recipe from " The Complete Book of Raw Food" By Lori Baird and Julie Rodwell my FAVORITE raw food book! Buy it! You wont be sorry. You may omit the bragg's Aminos and use a teaspoon of salt but I use braggs often anyway. Also a cup of raisins and a half cup of raw sunflower seeds are a nice touch but not figured in the recipe.

These 125 calorie pancakes are very moist and have a good texture. The chocolate chips make you feel like you are indulging but no guilt here. If you don't use the chocolate chips, they are under 100 calories.
Fast and easy requires pre-planning. This recipe will make approximately 60, 6oz servings of pasta sauce. Can, freeze or serve. You can add meat, mushrooms, ricotta, or other veggies at service time and have a sauce where you know what is in the jar.

This would be wonderful with low fat Italian sausage or chicken breasts!
I find this a really filling meal, the goat cheese I use has a bit less fat then the one in the recipe. You can substitute a Low Fat Goat Cheese if you want to bring down the fat content more.
Also, you can substitute fresh beets, I use the canned kind when I don't feel like peeling beets.
You can also add potatoes, zucchini, carrots, or any of your other favourite veggies!

Healthy easy-to-make dish with great aroma. I used olive oil instead of butter in this recipe: I believe, it taste much better this way.
