Healthy plant-based/vegan breakfast. Spice/salt measurements are an approximation. I shake, sprinkle & pinch. Add as much or as little as you like! Measurements for ingredients here are strange....1 can of chickpeas; 8 oz package of mushrooms; 2 tbl avocado oil.....
Just added real mixed vegetables into tomato soup and added "No salt added" Black Beans.
What You Do: 1. Into a blender, place all ingredients. Blend on high for 10 to 20 seconds, until well combined. 2. Transfer mixture to a liquid measuring cup. Pour into small silicone candy molds or tiny paper baking cups set out on a tray. Chill in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes, until solidified. 3. Gently release chocolates from molds and transfer to a container. Store well-sealed in the refrgierator or freezer, and serve chilled.
Full fat and lots of cheese. Not for every day but can be eaten in moderation for a special meal.
