Fresh from the garden... trying a new twist on an old recipe. Easy to make in the food processor (do not try to make this in a blender!!!). Serve with pasta or in an omlette.
I made this up when looking to use up leftovers. It is great but actually better the next day. The original recipe was for 2 servings but they were too are for me for one meal.
