This shake is a bit indulgent but worth every sip. Perfect for those of us on high-protein diets.
Deliciously mild. YOU WILL LOVE IT! And it make me feel good. Must be the nutrients from the dirt. lol
Makes 3 servings. Yummy with any combination of mixed berries or you can top with a packet of Splenda or Truvia and a bit of Fat Free Cool Whip or Cream Cheese. A drizzle of Sugar Free syrup is also good.

I could eat this every day for breakfast. I switch up spices garlic for onion powder. Lemon pepper. Paprika. Get creative and experiment.
