This makes 6 at a time and can be frozen till ready to use. Needs about 25 mins to defrost. It cool, fresh, lite, sweet, and very good for you!! THIS IS ONLY 110 CALORIES I COULDN'T PUT IN THE RIGHT KIND OF DESSERT CAKES SO I WENT WITH THE CLOSEST THING.
Here they are...no flour, no butter, and only brown sugar...chocolate chips may also be added!
Nutritionally speaking, this beats the heck out of mint chocolate chip ice cream and sacrifices NONE of the flavor. Make sure you get the Optimum Nutrition brand of protein powder... it tastes the best ever.
When you can't decide which kind of cookie to make, combine all three. oatmeal, chocolate chip and peanut butter
(Can't believe I neglected to say this!) Recipe is Isa's from VCTOTW. Entered for my own calorie tracking purposes back in the day. Apologies to Ms. Isa! I didn't create this fine recipe, I just like it.
Sweet, moist pumpkin cupcakes laced with dark chocolate chips with hints of cinnamon and vanilla. I use Nunaturals stevia baking blend and make 'em fat free with fruit puree rather than oil. The original, unaltered version can be found on theppk.com, I believe. Or in her cupcake book. :)
From the cookbook, VEGANOMICON, by Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero
Pardon the pun, but it IS very good! I made this sauce imposing the following challenge upon myself... "Make a sauce (Who am I kidding...? Ice cream topping!) that has no refined sugar." This is the result! :) [Created 2007-11-08.]
This is my grandma's ice cream recipe that we make every summer. It has no eggs in it, and turns out having sort of an icy texture. It's our family's favorite!!
A decadent primal/paleo treat of which Grok would heartily approve! I like my choc treats very very dark, and nutty! You can add sweeteners if you don't like your choc too sinful.
This is another great recipe to start before heading out for the day, I serve it with rolls or texas toast. One serving is half a breast with a quarter portion of the veggies. Very easy to modify or throw together with stuff in the fridge!
Straight from the HG cookbook but I added a little twist of my own with torani sugar free syrups!! FYI HG's recipe says it serves 12 but I filled the ice cube tray slots and got 9. Adjust serving size according to your split!
Similar to most dump cakes, though I used a low-fat, low-cal spray butter over the top instead of a stick of butter. Browned it very nicely!
My adaptation of this raw, gluten- free, wheat-free, soy-free, and vegan dessert from the Engine 2 Diet book, thanks to author Rip Esselstyn, adapted by using raw cashews, and ground almonds instead of whole ((since I had some). I found the recipe asking for 4 ounces of strawberries which I had thought was equal to 1/2 cup, but I weighed them and 4 ounces roughly equals 1 cup.
