This is my special guacamole that I make for my kids and they love it. I call it thriller mole because my stepson decided to call it that in memory of the great M.J.. You can leave the peppers out if you don't like spicy things and it will taste just fine. I usually put a packet of guacamole seasoning in it too but if you can't find it in your produce section, look for Goya adobo seasoning and add 1tsp of that in the guac to add extra flavor.

Heat pumpkin seeds in a skillet with the olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Stir constantly. Remove from heat when seeds brown and start to pop. Let cool.
Combine cooled pumpkin seeds and all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir together. Serve!
