This sandwich was on the Starbucks breakfast menu last year and it was my favorite. When they removed it from the menu, I decided to make a lower calorie copy.

My sister and I have made this recipe several times and love it!!! It is more like a granola than a cereal, but that is the way it is meant to be. Not only is it delicious but the calories are pretty low for a granola. Does not taste like diet food at all. Yumm
A great, lower-cal twist on french toast. Maple extract gives the flavor of syrup without the calories, and chinese five-spice gives the traditional french toast seasonings a kick!
I ate all four slices with 4 links of vegetarian breakfast sausage and an orange for a more balanced, yummy, vegeterian meal!
Great weekend breakfast. I make a large batch because it freezes and reheats well in the microwave for weekday mornings.
This is my go-to breakfast. I and my DH eat this every morning. It has a whopping 14 grams of protein (the egg whites add that kick!) per serving plus good whole grains - 6.4 grams of fiber, and the great health benefits of cocoa, cinnamon, and raw honey... all for about 290 calories of filling yummy goodness!!!!!
after testing out several low carb pancake recipes [my own and others] I finally made one that came out light and fluffy and yummy! :)
A nice mix of whole grains, good fats, and protein. This cereal keeps me full until lunch.
