I was trying to make chili with what I had in the fridge and this is what I came up with and it actually turned out really well (my boyfriend loved it!).
It's also low in sodium and has high protein and fiber.
This is a plain 4 oz lean hamburger patty with just a dash of black pepper.

My friend Kirsten says that even if you don't like spinach, you will love this dish. Personally, I don't like cooked spinach at all, but I must agree with her that this is GOOD!
This is sooo yummy, it is packed with tons of veggies and you can substitue all kinds of different items, or add eggplant or use ricota, it is very endless, take this and make it your own!
This is the best no noodle Lasagna around! Lowfat and Low Calorie also great complex carbs! Also has a great amount of fiber!
