My husband found this recipe in Men's Health Magazine and it is delicious!
The calculations through sparkpeople are incorrect, I hope someone can figure out how to fix it!

Chock full of vegetables. I used canned salmon but it would be even better with fresh. You can use other white fish instead of monkfish--it's just what I had.
This was a very tasty way to have fish. We eat a lot of fish and things were getting very boring, even hubby loved it.
Yummy pot pie made with seafood of choice. For this one, I used 16 oz. of crab and 1 lb. of shrimp.
A delicious, crunchy and flavorful salad with a hint of mediterranean flare. I "made up" this salad one night while trying to come up with a clever way to get my husband to eat more "GREEN"- He LOVES this salad!

You can substitute light or fat free miracle whip for lower calories. I just didn't have any in the house at the time I made it.
