This is really tasty. Kind of like an oatmeal cookie in a cooked oatmeal texture. Change it around to make it your own by adding flax meal, raisins, chopped apple or pear, maple syrup, honey, vanilla, nuts or whatever else you desire.
I used the Macaroni Grill recipe found online as a base then replaced some ingredients & added some of my own. I made mine for lunch & it is filling! Not a healthy meal but it is better on calories & fat compared to the restaurant version.
