Very Authentic, just the way my nona made when we were children
This is a lower calorie spin off of my great grandmother's recipe, I iliminated over half the Olive Oil, and removed the pancetta and used it a an optional item, be aware if you choose to add it you will need to calculate the extra calories

This is an old family recipe for spaghetti sauce. It's very rich and this is a huge recipe. I usually cut it in half for my fiance and I and there's always left over. (I guessed on the number of servings)
Salad made of canned chick peas, diced raw celery and red onion, olive oil, and red wine vinegar (or salad dressing if you prefer)

nutritional info calculated by using higher amounts when a range is given (ie 1/2 lb sausage, 4 slices bacon). Can lighten by using chicken Italian sausage, fat free half and half. Still yummy.
