Fine dining without the health or financial guilt. I put this together to satisfy the steakhouse craving, delivering all the flavor without the excessive fat. I know everything is in grams, they are easiest to work with in the kitchen if you have a scale, and make baking far more consistent.
I was after the baked ricotta but realized I had some lean sirloin that was oven roasted the night before that could be tasty on top of an already delicious side item. Why not bake it all up in to one?
This is not my original recipe - although I have made it my own with the addition of parmesan & seasoning. It's floating around on various low carb boards, and is ABSOLUTELY delicious, fast, and healthy. Toasts well, makes great sandwiches. It's fluffy and really wholegrain tasting. You will never believe there is NO grain in it!
