This is so yummy and you can make it without the butter and sugar if you really want to .. it's still good.
This recipe makes 4 pizzas, 8" to 12" depending on crust thickness. 1 serving is 1/6 of 1 pizza.
Some notes on ingredients:
Date molasses (Middle Eastern stores) is made from dates instead of sugar cane, but reg. molasses works fine.
Gluten (bulk/natural stores) makes bread dough elastic, not crumbly. Works ok without it, but the texture not as soft & chewy.
Caraway seed is a spice & looks like grass seed :-)
Blueberries or blackberries work well in this recipe. If using blackberries, cut them up into smaller pieces so they get distributed.

I always use Pet Milk with eggs. This dish is much more "healthy diet friendly" if you change the milk.
Can be prepared the nijght before and baked in the morning.
An easy side dish or picnic dish with black beans and quinoa. A perfect way to use your leftover quinoa.
Sooooo goooood for this time of year. Lower in calories than jelly and jam, and more nutritious!
