The only thing used to sweeten this muffin is honey and whatever natural sugars are in the ripe bananas you use. You can adjust the level of chocolatey taste to your own liking, just remember to adjust the amount of honey accordingly (about 1/2 part honey for every 1 part of cocoa).
This is a calcium rich, creamy, delicious smoothie. It tastes like a milkshake, minus the fattening icecream! Fills you up and keeps you full, great for a post-workout or pre-workout snack.
