This is one of my old favorites...one that I have not had in quite some time. In it's original version, it has been a hit at many parties as well. I decided to try to come up with a healthier version and see what it came out to in calories. It is still definitely not something you could eat a lot of, but if you really have a craving or you need a quick item to bring to a party, this dip is definitely a great option!

The nurition info is per cheese filled pasta shell. The sauce is not included in the nutrition info. These also freeze well. I like to make up a bunch of shells and freeze them.
