This version of my famous guacamole is without the olive oil. For ease of calorie calculation the ingredient 'Hass Avocado' shows up as 10 oz. of avocado; however, each medium avocado should be about 5 oz. Therefore, you may simply use 2 medium ripe Hass avocados. Enjoy!
