4 cups chicken stock
4 oz crumbled feta
1.5 cups black beans (or 1 can rinsed)
1.5 cups frozen corn (or 1 can)
1 cup spinach (fresh)
1/2 red onion diced
Dressing:
1/2 cup lime juice (from 2 limes)
3 TBLS red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 TBLS cumin
salt and pepper to taste

I don't use dressing usually so that will have to be added seperately
