This recipe is not my own recipe. I obtained this recipe via a newsletter through Porter-Starke Services.
Simply cut up the potato and carrots, dice up the stew meat- add both to the slow cooker. Add the flour, water, tomato soup and spices. Stir around. Turn on slow cooker and cook for at least 4-6 hours on high. Serve with warm bread!
Took whatever veggies I had that need to be cooked. I RINSED the canned beans before I use them, so that took away alot of the sodium. I don't know how to recalculate for rinsing the beans so sodium content is as if beans were NOT rinsed.
This is an adaptation of a few other recipes, and my first ever soup. I'm no cook, so if the instructions seem odd, that's why!

The carcass of a rotisserie chicken always has a little more chicken to give up. In this case, 5 ounces. Healthy, low fat/low sodium chicken broth or chicken stock is always in my pantry. Onions, carrots, celery and garlic are, too. And so a chicken noodle soup is born.
