This is my own adaption to the famous "Dukan Oat Brand Galette" by Dr. Dukan. This is the perfect 'sweet and spiced' way to start the day, and is just divine pair with a few dollops of fat free Vanilla Custard yogurt on the side. Bon Appetit!

I used the exact same recipe as Hungry Girl other than I substituted skim milk for the Vanilla Almond Breeze and omitted the salt. I also used regular graham crackers rather than low fat.
This is a fiber-filled, extremely low fat pancake that is fluffy goodness! Serve with a wholesome fruit puree, or maple syrup if you can spare the calories.
These are breakfast muffins that I make for my children. I can not get them to eat oatmeal so it’s a convenient way to sneak in a well rounded breakfast. These can be easily made without the chocolate chips, but I add them so my miniature food critics think they are getting away with something at breakfast. I specify local honey in the ingredient list because the honey in stores is often times not pure honey. Honey is often blended with other sugars for profit. Your local honey also helps those suffering from allergies. It also tastes much better!
Heres a muffin we came up with by vegan-ifying our basic bran muffin, and joining sweet and spicy in perfect matrimonial harmony.
These came out really, really good. Instead of the raisins I would sub in a dried fruit medley - cranberries, raisins, cherries. Next time I make these I will add in walnuts.
This is a great alternative to traditional quiche. It is lower in fat and calories and is very yummy!
