This smoothie is a healthy meal replacement. Although i put in the slimfast thing in I really meant Whey Protein powder Suisse chocolate. That powder just mentioned is really good for you and great tasting. Blend all these together in a blender and serve right away. This counts for a big chunk of your calories, but it has so many nutrients and it keeps you really full.
This is old oat bran muffins with some changes, ie, applesauce instead of oil, Splenda in place of sugar, and brown blend splenda for the brown sugar and non fat milk.

I make it about the same as cookbook but add twice the walnuts. I live at high altitude so I have added one half teaspoon baking soda and usually add up to 1/4 c flour if it seems too wet.
