Adapted this from another recipe online by adding the Flax for more nutrients.
Everyday, I drink half a litre of water and drink this smoothie. It has helped maintain a clean and smooth bowel movement. It helps to get rid of toxins on daily basis and a good filling before you hit the gym. It has helped me immensely as a part of my weight loss regime.
Something I tried one day just tinkering about in the kitchen. I was surprised at how good these turned out. No added sugar.
