There's oatmeal pancakes listed, but they don't use skim milk. So I used skim milk, and M&Ms instead of chocolate chips.
This yummy smoothie, which will actually be a bright, pale, green, is packed with one serving of dairy, one serving of fruit, and one serving of vegetables. You won't taste the kale; even my husband -- who would certainly never willingly eat (or drink) kale didn't taste it and liked this. You can also omit the chocolate syrup and use chocolate soymilk if you prefer. For a snack, this makes two servings.
You can also substitute raisins for the figs if desired. Muffins can be frozen or stored in an airtight container for a week if not eaten right away.
May also substitute soy, rice, or almond milk for the 1%.
Not a 'vegan' food. This dish was found on Martha Stewart's Everyday Food website. Sooo yummy :) shown served with a peice of whole wheat bread and salad.
This is an extremely tasty item to have for brunch. The only problem with it is that it is so good you can eat a serving in no time flat! Ah well.......
Traditional foods- 2 eggs from pasture raised hens fried in butter from 100% grass fed cows. The fats in this are good for you.
