To make this Vegan, substitute the Yoghurt with equal amount of well-mashed unripe banana.
Cook cauliflower (chopped) in broth for 20-25 minutes. Use immerible blender to break down cauliflower. Melt butter and add flour slowly to make a rue. Add milk and then cheese. Cook another 10 minutes! Add fresh chives! Serve hot!

Blend cauliflower, shallot, garlic clove , potato and mushrooms in a blender with water. Rinse and drain well. Add hummus, garbanzo flour, polenta, psyllium husk , egg, oil and spices-cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, pepper, cayenne, onion salt . Bake in oiled pan on low until crisp.
