I grill everything that goes on the sandwich (even the tomato and jalepenos) using coconut oil. I add some Indian spices to the egg making it so tasty! This is so delicious that I could eat this for every meal!
Oatmeal with Granny Smith apples, chopped walnuts and maple, brown sugar
A not so "light" recipe, but once in awhile a treat is nice. Good for potluck brunch or sharing anytime with coffee.
boxed Suddenly Salad with added ingredients to personalize as you wish or have food in the fridge to make! You can add whatever you would like. I try to add texture (celery or iceberg lettuce), color (tomatoes) and I seasoned it with some celery seed at the end. You could also use fresh black pepper as well.
