These are a fantastic treat for a weekend breakfast or after school snack. I actually make these ahead of time and reheat for a quick delicious breakfast. Serve with organic honey butter or pure maple syrup
This is surprisingly delicious. My kids love this for a snack plain or toasted spread with jam. Even make french toast out of it.
A great way to start the day when you are famished. I cook mine in the GT Express which allows me to control the portions.
I got the basic recipe from when I was doing Suzanne Somers and have adjusted it here and there. It's one of my family's favorites and is great to have as a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. We make minis for the kids and regular sized ones for us. Great with salsa and lite sour cream.
