I use skinless, can be with or without the bone. Can use for other chicken pieces. Choose your options for seasoning from anything that doesn't had calories or salt. 100 grams = about 3.5 oz.

This is my own recipe for meatballs that I use in my spaghetti sauce! Also delicious as a base for sweet & sour meatballs, etc. Baking them in the oven prior to adding to sauce bakes off any excess fats.
