This is a recipe given to me. It is a family recipe from North Indian origin.

Note: in any of these recipes, making your own ginger and garlic paste from scratch is always best!
Easy to toss this together early and let chill until ready to eat! Serves one but easily can be made in larger batches and divided!
I found this on line and tweaked it a bit. Really, really tasty.
My FAVORITE. I love sushi but all Japanese restaurants in my area charge outrageous prices, so I learned to make my own in a fun, easy way that only costs about $3.00 a roll (even when buying pre-cooked ingredients.) This recipe makes about 6 big pieces, which always fill me up. If you need more of a meal, try adding a teriyaki chicken appetizer.
This is another Great Recipe that I am adding to my Collection so, that I won't have to calculate it later. :D
This also makes for a great Side Dish to Meat Loaf, Chicken, Steak or many other types of meats.
It is also a very good Vegetarian Recipe

This is a high protein, low cal chili. My family loved it. I make it in a 5 quart crock pot.
This recipe is easy to play with. Add your own secret ingredients or favorite beans. Change up the meat or no meat at all.
These spicy meatballs are super tender and delicious. I like to dip then in a little Fage yogurt mixed with dry Ranch dressing mix.
I usually double the recipe. I freeze the balls individually and thrown them in a ziploc, pulling out only what I need to cook each time. The balls will defrost fairly quickly.
This recipe is from peasandthankyou.com.
I also added a handful of frozen peas to the recipe when I made it.
*Hint: Remove leftovers dumplings from stew and store in a separate container. This will prevent them from getting soggy.
I got this from FoodWishes.com and have made a few adjustments over time. I use breast meat instead of wings (increase chicken to 5lbs if wings) and increased the amount of flour.
A delicately-flavored seafood stir-fry that our 6-year-old loved; great with a side of asparagus, green beans, or baked onions!
